Instabug served us well for in-app bug reporting and user feedback in mobile apps. But when it came to service monitoring, analyzing Play Store/App Store reviews, and broader team collaboration, we had to rely on several other tools to fill the gaps—Sentry, Firebase Analytics, AnecdoteAI, etc.—which increased complexity and cost. With FusionSuite.io, we were able to consolidate most of those use cases under one platform. The access control features were especially useful, allowing us to assign roles and permissions based on team functions—making cross-team workflows more structured and efficient.

Instabug has significantly improved our bug reporting process. The ability to capture and annotate screenshots, record screen recordings, and provide additional contextual information has been invaluable in understanding and addressing reported issues.
