Transcript LOL

I saw the reviews in 2024 which were great and decided to try Tier 1. I was so happy with how it worked that I upgraded to Tier 4 a few months later.

While TranscriptLOL’s transcription accuracy and AI categorisation are commendable, my overall experience has been deeply disappointing due to broken commitments, misleading promises, and unacceptable customer support. Publicly promised features like multi-seat access were outright denied, and attempts to resolve issues were met with silence—or worse, being blocked from the only support channel. A tool’s potential means little if the leadership lacks accountability and transparency. Proceed with caution.

I love this app! I've been using it for over three months now, and it's saved me a ton of time. The search and Q&A functions are especially cool. I've been looking for a reliable video search tool for what seems like forever, and this tool does that and so much more. One feature request - consider supporting searching and asking questions about our own uploaded videos. The support is great, and the creator was very responsive when I sent an email with some feedback. Congratulations on the launch, and keep the updates coming!

Very accurate! Very quick. The ability to further analyze and create with AI is a big plus; we use it to summarize interviews. Would like to see functionality for these and other outputs to be downloadable in often-used formats such as doc.

This is actually very helpful! Found a few apps that work with YouTube but they all use built in subtitles, which is not very good. This one works as expected. Nice that it comes with enough free credits to play with. All the best with your launch!

I used it on Lex fridman podcasts, it was super helpful! Instead of spending 3 hours, I got the key points in 5 mins. I think there is a lot of potential for the product with further improvements. Good luck on your launch :)

Congrats on the launch @pkpio ! I love the idea of being able to better digest and engage with content this way, saves a lot of time! Just curious, how sophisticated is the AI in terms of understanding different accents?

So far I love what Transcript.lol is doing and how it does it. We started using it for the speaker detection, and we are excited to keep using it because of how attentive the support is.
