Terrible and I've never even received the product. They charged my card for the full amount upfront - nowhere on the website did it indicate this would happen. I canceled my order within 20min and tried to contact the company 3 times. The company offered to refund half of my money even though i had canceled before the order was even filled and even shipped- To date the product has not shipped but my card was charged immediately. I've tried numerous times to reach out to their customer service and it takes hours to get a reply and they will not answer my question about a full refund. Do not recommend this company.

I gained 10 pounds on the system despite making big diet and workout changes. A doctor did not contact me to talk about my dosing or program before it renewed for another three months so adjustments were not made. I was told I could be offered a substitute for the second shipment by trying other meds but I have to sign up again as they can't change the program for me. When I do this I'm suddenly not eligible for any weightloss program now - even the original one. Customer service and the assigned doctor to my account both stop responding. So there is no resolution and once you complain they ice you out.

Don’t do it. I should’ve listened to the reviews. I specially went to Hers because I lost my insurance after my show ended (film strike) and needed my birth control refill. I told them I needed LoLo (Loestrin Fe) birth control because it’s the only birth control I’ve ever liked. They said and I quote that they were giving me “Loestrin Fe 1/20 with iron 20 mcg-1 mg tablet Effective Date: May 9, 2023” I go to pick up and it’s a generic brand called “Blisovi FE” that gave me terrible headaches and mood swings. I tell them there must’ve been a mistake and they try to tell me that’s they’re basically the same: “Blisovi FE 1/20 and Loestrin Fe 1/20 are both combination birth control pills that contain the same active ingredients, including norethindrone acetate 1 mg, ethinyl estradiol 0.02 mg, and ferrous fumarate 75 mg. Both medications work in the same way to prevent pregnancy by inhibiting ovulation and thickening cervical mucus to prevent sperm from reaching the egg. They are also used to regulate menstrual cycles and treat symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS).“ Should be illegal. They literally told me I’m getting one medication and give me the wrong one. I try to ask them to change it and they can’t they just took my money, told me they’re give me something I didn’t want.

I filled out the questionnaire and had someone respond telling me that they couldn't help me because they only prescribe one medication at a time..... I'm not currently on any medications so this didn't make sense to me and when I said that and asked for clarification, they never responded. So now this website who won't do anything for me has my cc info. There is no way for you to delete your payment info yourself, I had to go through the pathways to get customer support to delete it after asking them twice. This whole experience just seems really fishy and I don't trust the website. 0/10 would recommend.

Since I started using their product my scalp started to hurt and itch. It’s so incredibly dry and painful and I could not stop itching it. And then I got night sweats. I kept trying to finish the bottle to see if things would change and nothing improved. I stopped taking them and my symptoms went away. I contacted their customer service department and they basically said we’re sorry, too bad, but you don’t get your money back. I will not be recommending their brand to anyone.

I ordered weight loss medication in November, but I was unsatisfied with the product. The company prompted me to check-in with the prescriber in December, but because I did not wish to continue with the medication I did not check in. Then, without any medical oversight and without my permission, the company renewed my prescription and charged me again for the product.

They need to state the hair loss product is incredibly toxic to pets especially cats at an obvious place. Minoxidil is lethal to cats even just a small amount. I didn't know until reading many horrible articles after I accidentally touched one of my cats after applying the product. And they refuse to refund. Might be working, I won't know, but unethical.

I had a very disappointing experience with Hers. They charged me for my subscription on May 31st, even though it was set to renew on June 9th. Additionally, I spoke with their doctor back in December, who advised that I stop taking the medication. Once I got in contact with them, they basically wiped the record clean on the app, so now it doesn't show when the renewal date was set to be. This situation has been frustrating and confusing, and I am very dissatisfied with how it was handled. I perceive them as a sneaky, underhanded company.

Because of my severe depression and anxiety accompanied with my Bi-Polar, they’re unable to help me. I’ve been unable to get into a clinic or a therapists office because the wait lists are over 9 months and I’ve almost given up on everything entirely because I can’t keep living like this. I’ve been so depressed lately and I saw the commercial on tv and figured why not, maybe I could FINALLY get some help after being dropped by my doctor and therapist both. Boy was I sadly mistaken. “Thank you for answering all the questions up to this point. Unfortunately, you are not a candidate for treatment through our platform at this time. We know this is disappointing and can be frustrating, but we want to ensure that you are getting the right care and sometimes that means seeing a provider in person.” Maybe I could if COVID didn’t royally fuck is all over.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had, I’ve been trying to contact my provider for 3 days to get a refill. Complete radio silence- no responses. I need my refill & am suffering from Nausea and Dizziness due to being unable to refill my prescription. The providers do not care about you and are impossible to get ahold of. For a company that preaches mental health support, they are LIARS. Do not give them your business, they do not have your mental health in their interests.
