I am new to automation game, so this is the first service I tried, but given the great price I got on Appsumo and the variety of tools Albato offers, I don't have a reason to look for other tools, at least for now.

I considered tools like Zapier, Make, and n8n, but Albato struck the best balance of power, ease of use, and pricing. I use Albato to connect Lemlist with my stack (CRM, Google Sheets, Slack). The no-code UI is clean, templates get you moving fast, and the custom app integrator covers edge cases. It’s priced better than Zapier, updates land regularly, and app coverage is wide—and growing. Trade-offs: fewer native apps than the big players, the custom integrator has a learning curve, docs/UI could be tighter, and operation counting can burn through usage faster than you expect. Bottom line: a cost-effective way to move my Lemlist campaign data wherever it needs to go, without fuss.

Makes automation simple and effective What I like most Albato makes it incredibly easy to connect different tools and set up automations without needing any coding skills. The interface is clean, the learning curve is short, and I can create complex workflows in just a few minutes. I really appreciate the growing list of integrations and how quickly new ones are added. The support team is also responsive and genuinely helpful. What I don’t like Some advanced options in certain integrations are still limited, so I occasionally have to use workarounds. Also, the documentation could benefit from more real-world examples and step-by-step guides for more complex scenarios. How it benefits me It has saved me several hours of repetitive work every week by automating tasks like syncing data between my CRM, email marketing tools, and spreadsheets. This means I can spend more time on strategic work and less on manual processes, which has improved both my productivity and my response time to clients.

A well-developed product that exceeds expectations! Albato is an amazing tool that has truly impressed me with its quality and functionality. The UX and UI are excellent, making the user experience intuitive and enjoyable. If you're looking for a great alternative to Zapier, Albato is definitely worth considering, especially for those who need complex, multi-step solutions. In my personal experience, I’m using Albato to connect Tidycall to ActiveCampaign, making it similar to, if not even more efficient than, the native Calendly app. With Albato, I was able to separate first and last names into two distinct fields, assign different names for the six calendar types in Tidycall, and transfer them to ActiveCampaign, placing all the questions through arrays into the various fields of ActiveCampaign. Believe me, this tool is worth its weight in gold! I genuinely want to give my honest feedback: no one paid me for this, but I just want to express my appreciation for the Albato team who helped me with my work and are saving me money!

We're in the process of switching all our Automations from Make to Albato and the support has been superior, they are super fast to respond to all our questions when learning the platform and it's been very simple to set things up. They are also a fraction of the cost which is a plus! If I could have my own way, I'd layout the Dashboard a little different to show more information, but overall the platform is solid and they are aggressively releasing updates which tells me they'll be a big player in the automation space soon! 5 Stars from me

I am a long time user of Make.com (formally Integromat) and like it very much. For long time I was looking for an alternative and I stumbled upon this. And I am happy that I gave it a try. It has got lot of integration and there are many which are in their road map including chatGPT. Their support is terrific and community is active and supportive as well. One thing which I am missing in this tool is easy to use and visual UI. Make.com has great visual workflow and I am so much use to that. I struggled a little to adjust with UI but tutorials and help of support team, I am at ease now. But I would definitely like a more visual workflow and easy to navigate UI. Rest overall I am very happy with the tool.

Albato : a game changer in the automation world. The UX/UI is really good, performances too. A lot of Apps and integrations are available, and is growing week after week. In case your third party app or API call for an app is not available, you ca' request to get it impmemented, but also, and that's so powerful, you can implement it by yourself, for yourself or for others if you publish it. Awesome ! There's a learning curve, but affordable, really. Documentation is great, and Albato support is efficient and reactive. Congrats Albato, I unsubscribed BOTH Zapier and Make, your product is a no brainer.
