I attempted to cancel my subscription but found the process unnecessarily complicated. Despite following the provided instructions, there was no cancellation button available on the website as claimed. I was ultimately forced to use their customer service chatbot to complete the cancellation. The company should provide a more straightforward cancellation option as advertised.

Bubble is a great tool! It might be a stretch to learn how it works in comparison to other tools but all the information is available online and it's pretty straightforward. Very useful for the no-code population who wants to create web apps.
