If you’re a fan of dynamic task lists that can expand into subtasks and unlock deeper functionality, Taskade is a standout. It’s especially powerful when used in tandem with Notion—leveraging both platforms can create a surprisingly effective workflow. What really sets Taskade apart is its UI and branding. The use of gradient pops throughout the interface adds a vibrant, modern touch that makes it genuinely enjoyable to work in. While it may not be as feature-heavy as Notion in some areas, the overall user experience is smooth, intuitive, and visually inspiring.

I absolutely love Taskade. I use it to plan every part of my life—work, personal, school, etc. Taskade's Generative AI is on another level. I showed it to a few people, and everyone reacted similarly. Their jaw-dropped. I've had moments where it needs some tweaking, but it saves so much time for planning and ideation. I simply put a phrase and boom—I have a whole project set up and ready to go. Feature Request: @johnxie Taskade's already amazing Generative AI could potentially create a project with estimations when a date is provided. "Create a marketing plan with estimations to be completed by June 10th." It would create the project with estimates of how long certain tasks might take and fit and organize it within that time range. I also look forward to the Gantt Chart, Dashboard, and Advanced Chat capabilities. There's so much going on with this amazing team that I don't even know where to start. Right when I think they're peaked, they release another mind-blowing feature. Love the team and the tool. Thank you for the amazing product!

I moved to taskade from todoist. There is a learning curve, and since taskade is much more than a todo app, there is some pain to move from a simpler tool. However, after learning it better, using their AI, setting my recurrent tasks, I now use it for reminders, tasks and inspiration. I have to say, using the AI to create projects from scratch, or expand on notes, or ask it about the project currently being worked on is a game changer.

Taskade looked like a good fit for our async planning. I used it personally for outlining goals and to-do lists. My team liked the layout, but we struggled with syncing and occasional lag. It’s promising, but the experience didn’t quite match the expectations we had.

I don't understand the raving reviews of this tool. It's far too complicated to be useful. I don't even know what it's supposed to be. A wiki? project management tool? automation platform? I think it's trying to be too many things at the same time and definitely isn't for small businesses with less than 5 or so team members.

THE BEST! My 'boyfriend' at work. I use it every single day and it takes my work to the next level. I use it to organize my tasks and the AI features are unbeatable. The software is also improved constantly which is why I am always excited to use this app and there is no turning back!

Love this! Tried many apps to organize and manage my works - Taskade is an all in one solution. The free version is more than enough for me and the features Taskade offers are enough for probably anyone. It also offers many AI features (which I don't use that much).

Simple yet powerful. Taskade has been the task management app of choice for me and my agency, for about a couple of years now, and I can't imagine my work life without it. Now I have one more bot to talk about my loneliness 😆 Keep rolling out dope features like these and making our lives easier with each update!
