10 years ago, it was a great product

Zero stars. Evernote's Scrooge of software—Christmas Eve, mid-subscription, caps on exports, legacy links nuked, cancel button buried. Support? ‘Check settings.' Closed through January six. Bah Hum Bug. Unethical business practices relating to subscription management.

This is an excellent app. I've been using it for three years, and I don't regret paying for it. I store all important information for both work and personal use in Evernote; it's like my second brain. I'm just waiting for a feature like TwinMind that can listen to what I'm saying and create summaries.

Have been using evernote for more than 10 years, currently a paid user, but can't believe I still have to go through the persisting conflicting copy issue. I didn't switch completely to Notion because Evernote works offline and able to perform image-search, I might need to reconsider and look for alternative now.

In the recent times, the interface feels more dated and cluttered. Also, after the new take over, the performance has been decreased as it no longer uses on device storage and relies completely on retrieving from cloud each time.
