For me, both have good design and user experience. Noty’s meeting summary function seems to be better than goodmeetings, but the latter has the ability to extract key moments, and the fee seems to be lower (I didn’t pay much attention ) For the two products, the most important part of AI support is still not good enough, and there is still a lot of room for improvement.

Goodmeetings has changed the way we engage with our customers. It helps us by automatically recording customer sessions, transcribing conversations, identifying action items, and highlighting key topics. This tool has proven to be a game-changer, allowing us to extract valuable insights from our interactions with customers.

We have been using GoodMeetings for all our internal and external meetings. The most valuable part of the product is that it takes away Cognitive load of taking notes and lets you focus on the meetings instead. For us, Goodmeetings the most critical meeting participant after our customers :)
