I've tried so many productivity apps, but Things 3 is the only one that stuck. The design is just chef's kiss – clean, minimal, nothing screaming for attention. It's weirdly calming to use :) I enjoy opening it in the morning to plan my day. I feel genuinely excited to organize my thoughts each morning.
Love Things. Wish it supported collaboration, but to some degree, I appreciate that it's remained focused on the essentials and continues to improve in essential, functional ways over time.
I use Things to track all my bugs, features to implement. The app made it very easy and pleasant to work on my to-dos.
Pretty. Lovely. Consistent. Also, trapping, unsustainable, lacking and über-slow to evolve. I've had a love-hate relationship with Things since their very first version, up until their last release. I got tired of waiting and compromising with other apps to do what I need. Leaving Things3 was a real nightmare, as I had so much in there. CC chases highlights in the AppStore to exist, and has little to no interest in user feedback. A very expensive one-thing only tool, at times where everyone in the room is smarter. If only others could copy it's perfect parsing add task extension.. I am far and well away from it.

Highly recommended!" - John "I've tried several task management apps, and Things 3 is by far the best. The simplicity and elegance of the design make it a joy to use. I love the Today view, which shows me exactly what I need to focus on each day. The integration with Siri and other apps makes it even more powerful. It's worth every penny!" - Sarah "As a busy professional, Things 3 has become my lifeline. The ability to create different areas and projects, and to assign deadlines and reminders, keeps me organized and ensures I meet all my deadlines. The quick-entry feature makes capturing tasks a breeze, and the ability to schedule tasks for specific days keeps my workload manageable. I can't imagine my life without it!" - Michael "Things 3 has completely transformed the way I manage my tasks and projects. The visual design is stunning, and the app feels incredibly polished. The natural language input feature makes adding tasks a breeze, and the ability to set up recurring tasks saves me time. Absolutely love Things, and utilize it as my go-to for managing all my tasks personally and professionally. Only issue I have revolve around collaboration features. Would love to fully merge all task management into Things, but cannot do this with collaboration features (sharing, commenting, attachments, etc.)
Things 3 is the best to-do app you can use without a mouse. My favorite keyboard shortcut is Ctrl + Space, which lets me capture to-dos even during intense meetings.
This is the perfect Todo list app that I was looking for finaly. I won't be looking for any other Todo list apps anymore! While the price may not be particularly cheap, it will cost more if you want to sync it with other devices. However, it has value in itself, and there is a free trial for the desktop ver, so please try it out.🥳
Great looking app Always reliable & pretty easy to creates tasks | projects. But creating repeating tasks is not easy. Biggest disappointment is that after all these years we cannot check off task’s & there checklists that repeat ahead of time.
Fits into my existing workflow really well. I love the feature that allows you to forward emails to Things, it helps me cut out a ton of time in email management.
I love the Apple Watch integration, the automations, and the way you can use Siri / Shortcuts to stay on top of Tasks. Such a clean interface!
Good old Things 3 is solid, fast, and best-in-class. Unfortunately, it develops very slowly.
Super simple to use and edges right on the line of giving you the features you actually require but not the ones wasting your time
