Breakthrough technology for your sales team It automatically analyzes all our sales meetings. It's like having a sales coach sit at the table 24/7/365. I can identify growth opportunities and implement continuous improvement strategies with my sales team. As a manager with Spiky, I gained an understanding of our sales operations like I never imagined. I don't particularly appreciate that it's only available in Spanish. We do also operate with customers in South America, where all conversations are carried in Spanish, so currently, we can only enjoy the competitive advantages in half of our sales operations. This kind of breakthrough technology should be available globally. To improve sales in those times before Spiky, I had only three options: a) Review all the meeting recordings myself b) Be present at every single sales meeting c) Pay a sales coach by the hour to do it for me Now, with Spiky, I can have a sales coach powered by AI reviewing every sales meeting 24/7 and providing feedback to improve, actions to take, summaries to share, and follow-up suggestions. I would rather not imagine the cost of time and money if I or somebody else had to do all that. Spiky is sales coaching powered by AI. The difference between sales coaching and sales training is that coaching is all about improving what is already going on in your sales operations, so the results come faster for two reasons: a) Personalized recommendations to each member of the team based on analysis of their current sales meetings and performance. b) The recommendations and suggestions can be prioritized for implementation based on analysis results. Sales training, on the other hand, is about general best practices and skills that need to be acquired and practiced by your team for a certain time before you can see the results. It's more general, less effective, and less immediate. Spiky is sales coaching on steroids. Go get it before your competitors do it.

Game changer. So much noise out there about "call recording" but with the latest release, I now get instant call summaries, action items & transcripts and I can access meeting history across devices. The real-time, in-call analytics are the secret sauce. Can't image my sales team NOT having this!
Spiky is a powerful tool to enhance the productivity of online meetings. They provide great insights about people and meeting itself. I tested their product at their early stage and now the tool is well improved and gives key notes, the summary of meeting, insights about participants based on the transcription.
