Deftform - Form Builder

This is in my opinion, the best form builder to embed forms into your website. It is clean, minimalistic and offers exactly what it should.

I was immediately impressed by its clean, intuitive interface – I literally had my first form up and running in minutes without having to watch any tutorials. What really stands out is their unique pricing model. Instead of being locked into a monthly subscription, you can either pay-as-you-go or opt for a lifetime deal. The fact that they don't charge per team member is a huge plus for growing businesses like mine. The platform offers all the essential features without the bloat – from file uploads and custom domains to webhook notifications and data exports. The AI form assistant is a neat touch, though still experimental. I particularly appreciate the robust security measures and GDPR compliance, given that it's hosted in Germany. While it might lack some advanced features like conditional logic (which is apparently in development), Deftform excels at what it promises: being a straightforward, reliable form builder that gets the job done without breaking the bank. Perfect for businesses that want to create professional forms without the complexity.

A great, flexible solution for forms and data collection. I prefer adding it to websites, even instead of the WordPress plugin Contact Form 7 (less configuration hassle and no spam). However, the most important feature is the ability to automate and integrate Deftform with other applications, such as Google Sheets.
