I use insighto to get user feedback. It's a simple tool that's easy to use, but unfortunately lacks some features. But it is free. I hope that some necessary features will be added without adding complexity to the UX, as is the case with most other platforms. I am open to alternatives.
Marc provided the inspiration and the exposure for this entire project I can never thank nor repay him enough. Was able to setup a place for my users to suggest features in less than 5 minutes with Insighto!
Cheaper than Canny :D And much simpler to use. I built it for solopreneur who need a tiny feedback collection software to build products people love.
This tool was super easy to use: it took me all of 10 seconds to set up brand colors, brand name, and share the URL with app users to request new features and report bugs. Truly incredible idea and product Marc!
It's hard to say yet how it's going to perform in action, but the "onboarding" experience is fantastic. Created board for feedbacks in few minutes :) Great idea
Great application that looks good too, I plan to use it in one project but I encountered a nasty bug. Try to create a suggestion called test and open it.
