But then I saw the same several types of job descriptions. Roles are similar to AI generated roles! It seems that Intch does this to create the illusion of employers' presence. And one more nuance. The platform does not warn you about the next subscription charge, as all subscription services already do. The technical support team responds with standard excuses. As a result, Intch took away 55€ from me for a month of responses to questionable roles and rejected my claim with a formal letter. I highly recommend not to get involved.

This is a very shady business. I’d say, scam. Once you sign up there’s nowhere to opt out of your subscription through the app or dashboard. Additionally, they don’t send a courtesy email to let you know that your subscription will renew. I had to email them to cancel my plan - which they responded back to and said they did. But I have no proof that it’s been canceled as there’s no cancelation email sent and I can’t see any plan/subscription status on my dashboard. I asked for a refund for the last payment as I only used the app 1 time the whole year and I’ve gotten nothing but crickets since asking for a refund. Really hoping they don’t continue to charge me down the line. Stay far, far away!
