The service inundates the browser with excessive advertising, analytics, and spyware, claiming that these elements are necessary for using their software—an assertion I find completely unfounded. Additionally, the service fails to acknowledge my paid plan status, which hinders my ability to access its features. It seems that the company excels only at deploying their AI in response to support inquiries, offering little more than empty promises and no real solutions.

I love Writesonic even better than OpenAI, the thing is, when I need some clearance for my coding, Blackbox and OpenAI do a better job. If you can make some kind of feature for coding alone, you will own OpenAI ass but you need a looooooot of marketing too and defitnely something else cause Blackbox is even younger and it has already a lot of attention so... You need to step up, maybe a change of name will help too, something like Skywrite, I dont know but Writesonic is boring as hell and I love your AI guys so this is coming from love.

Poor. They advertised web, API,chrome extension, and app use. After purchasing, they told me the first three are included, but the app is separate even though it was advertised together. Moreover, it usually gives incorrect information more often than it gives correct information. Better to get a real AI product that is interested in offering value rather than just trying to trick you out of your money by any means.

Writesonic is great and I enjoyed it. However, I was demoralized when it asked me to make huge payment yet I thought it was free of charge
