From a very early stage the Suprsend team has been super focused on the developer experience of their product. They've thought things through and made it simple where it can be and flexible where it needs to be. Wanted per-user based pricing, which they were unable to accommodate. They also forced me to pay a fee just to get a quote. We were looking for a 3rd party notification tool, and found some names. SuprSend mentioned their pricings in per-notifications, which wasn't aligning with our interests. Per user would have made more sense for us. Their team, esp Nikita, was not willing enough to accommodate our request. Terrible experience. Stay away from this company

One-stop solution for all the communications to your user. If you are a developer then Suprsend will save you the hassle of designing and scaling a notification infrastructure. The platform and APIs are very intuitive to use and it takes no more than 5mins to integrate. By far the most mature notification platform I have worked on. Kudos to the Suprsend team.
