I use shepherd as an individual and not necessarily with my team as they are all very much physical presence meeting people. This product has helped structure my thoughts before and during meetings. Allowing me an easy storage and reference space for meetings & minutes taken during (which are easily shared via email for those I'm in the meeting with). Because it is connected to my calendar it allows me to structure meetings well in advance and refer back to previous meetings. Over all this product has improved my efficiency and meetings exponentially.

I have been an early user of Shepherd for a few weeks now, and it has already improved the meetings I host. It helps with ensuring an agenda before a meeting, because I have a clear place in my calendar to jot down the agenda and purpose beforehand. Being able to write the notes and minutes within Google Meet during the meeting and then click send to participants as we wrap up is a God send and time saver. It has completely removed the friction of capturing and sharing minutes. As my father used to say: "A meeting without an agenda and not minutes, should never have happened". Shepherd is the tool to for the meetings that should happen.

It really does help declutter everything I have to remember before a meeting, and helps me remember things I have to do after a meeting. Looking forward to new features. When can we expect a list of previous meeting notes on a "home page"?
