Setting up Plane was easy. The interface is clean and makes sense, so getting started was quick. For us, it's been really helpful having everything in one spot - product plans, marketing tasks, sales work, customer requests. It's easier to see what's happening and keep everyone on the same page. The mobile app works well too, so I can check things when I'm not at my desk. We moved from Jira and honestly, Plane just feels simpler. Less clutter, easier to use. The team behind it is doing great work.

I have self-hosted Plane. I really like how flexible the boards and work items are. For example, I created a board for my personal freelance projects and one for my clients, and I can move tasks around, add checklists, deadlines, priorities and labels in a way that’s super intuitive!

Plane's layouts are highly engaging and easy-to-follow with many features such as automations, fields that populate directly into your project from created request forms, and an insane amount of reporting ability at multiple levels of my workflow!

i'm a freelance marketer, and i use plane to manage all my freelance projects. i found it to be extremely simple and easy-to-use. i did try notion and trello before. but Plane has Intake which helps me collect all requests from my clients.

Plane makes it very easy to keep track of tasks and deadlines. The interface is clean and user friendly, so assigning tasks and monitoring progress is smooth. I like that it integrates well with Slack ( a recent one) which saves time. The timeline and Gantt chart features are very useful for project managers, they help in visualising the entire workflow clearly.
