This is an absolute game changer for accelerating research projects and producing more value with little effort. I've personally used the prototype test and the experience to set it up and launch it has been a breeze! The user panel is by far the most comprehensive panel I've seen in the region, allowing researchers to conclude usual 3 day long moderated usability testing sessions to a 20 minute snack break while UserQ gets to work. Using UserQ is the definition of work smart, not hard.

The support staff were also fantastic, always willing to listen to feedback and suggestions.
