What Could Be Better That said, there are a few areas where I think Endel could improve. For instance, I would love to see support for Apple Shortcuts on Mac. This feature would allow me to integrate it seamlessly with my tools, like Raycast, which would make my workflow even more efficient. Additionally, I can see how the interface might be confusing for average users at first. While it becomes intuitive with time, a more guided onboarding process could help new users settle in quicker. Recommendation Overall, I would definitely recommend Endel, especially to those who struggle with maintaining focus or need a little help winding down after a long day. Changed the quality of our sleep. We live in an apartment that’s pretty nosy and we needed some way to block out a lot of the sounds. I love ASMR but my husband doesn’t. We tried so many of these “white noise” types of apps/Spotify playlists/YouTube vids/etc. and none are as consistently soothing as Endel. It just drowns out all the ‘intrusive noise’. We fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.

I love the audio / music generated by Endel. I use it several times a week during power naps, meditation, focused reading and work, or as background while relaxing. I wish they would tone down the pop up screens that ask me to enable notifications EVERY TIME I use the app. I'm not going to do it guys, get over it. Otherwise, love the app!

Endel helps me focus when running, reading, studying, and relaxing after a long day. I love the product and was very surprised by how well it works for me as someone who often finds themselves easily distracted; I never listen to music while working but Endel's soundscapes seem to put my brain into focus-mode.

I use Endel throughout the day, every day. The Focus, Deeper Focus, and Study soundscapes are my favorites. I have noted a not-insignificant improvement in my productivity since I began using the app about three months ago. This is the only app for which I intend to buy a lifetime premium membership!

Well first off, nothing gets me to sleep faster and easier than the “Sleep” setting on this app. The several other relax-related settings also do a great job at calming my anxiety. And, the AutoPlay setting gets me through the workday in sync with my circadian rhythm with ease.
