Wing Assistant

A really good experience finding an Executive Assistant! We just recently raised our funding round, and so we needed to start rapidly hiring for marketers, sales people, graphic designers, lead generation people, and Wing Assistant made it really easy. I hired 17 people with Wing, including my own personal Executive Assistant, and they did a really solid job. I got the first 9 people started in less than a week, and the next 8 started the week after. My team uses the Wing app to record training materials for the assistants we have on there, and it works great. My CSM is really responsive and helpful, they are currently helping me hire bilingual assistants too, as we are starting to sell our services in Mexico as well. I use the Wing app to communicate with my EA, so I also happen to use their productivity platform which is not bad at all, it's like Trello meets a chat interface with other features that help me create work for my EA. Their mobile apps are pretty good too, I also use their texting service and their Chrome apps. I will soon explore their Zapier app. On the whole, great experience, I'm a really happy customer! When I signed up, I was told the assistant would be able to use LinkedIn (which is important for sales). The sales assistant didn't show up the first day, and the next day when she did, she informed she doesn't have LinkedIn. When she did show up, after the no-show on day 1, she wasn't in the Wing Platform so I could not share anything I uploaded for our first morning working together. And then I asked if she could set her callback number to the state our company is, and I was told Wing would need to speak with billing first. It's been a nightmare experience, and now I am just trying to cancel. And that is also difficult to do!

I have been using Wing Assistant for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The app is incredibly user-friendly, and it makes managing my tasks and schedule so much easier. The AI-powered features are a game-changer and have helped me stay on top of my to-do list and prioritize my tasks. The integration with my calendar is seamless, and I love being able to set reminders and get notifications. I also appreciate the ability to collaborate with my team and share tasks with them. Overall, Wing Assistant has been a valuable addition to my productivity toolbox and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comprehensive task management solution.
