I have always been very happy with Powr. It is so useful for so many things. Adding something extra to a website or even just creating a stand alone page is simple and easy. I have used it to create a quick email capture and delivery system as part of a bonus delivery from affiliate sales to creating social media feeds to add a bit more substance to websites lacking a bit of content. I have also used it to add eCommerce to a SAAS membership site to sell digital items within the membership area. Don't over look this gem, it is well worth it.

Product descriptions on the websites of software providers are often very confusing. So I simply subscribed to POWR to test the calendar functions. I was able to quickly clarify any questions that arose by e-mail. Unfortunately, multiple bookings and cancelations by the customer are not possible. Therefore, POWR is not suitable as a booking tool for my yoga school. The process was very good, they understood my situation and I was refunded the subscription fee immediately! Even though the calendar is not suitable for my purposes, thank you for understanding! I would like to see a better structured product description on the provider's website. Support was great!

I did a Google meeting with Ruiz Campos from Powr.io. He was very patient and friendly. Unfortunately, we could not make my computer share my screen, but we did without that. I had been having issues with the Mailchimp integration. I did finally get it to work, but I think Mailchimp was silently failing due to incompatible data types or possibly required fields issues. He also helped with figuring out why the autoresponder email did not reflect updates. (You must Publish the form again). He was also able to have his team provide me with custom CSS that improved the appearance of my form. I appreciate the time Luiz spent with my issues.

It's awesome that there are a variety of plugins to try for free while setting up a website. It gives the opportunity to see if they will work for what you need. The Digital Download plugin is great with the exception that the image is EXTREMELY too small, size needs to be increased. The instructional videos need to be updated. I struggled because I had to use the plugin different from the instructional video. I am looking forward to trying some of the other plugins .

When the RSS feed suddenly stopped displaying, I was in a bind. However, after expressing my dissatisfaction, the support team promptly provided a workaround, and the issue was resolved. Regarding POWr’s RSS, the cookie consent screen is quite large, and even if you agree only to the essential ones, the page doesn’t display unless you agree to everything, including ads. This is quite frustrating.

I've been pretty impressed with the designability of the POWR forms, and I'm even using the free version! I recently emailed POWR for tech support. I almost didn't expect a response at all since I'm using the free product, and I definitely expected to be at the bottom of the list. Instead, I got a response within 24 hours that included two great suggestions for resolving my issue. (Thanks, Franz!)

While the support interface was clunky (the help window kept disappearing because of how the modal was displayed, and no history was preserved when it vanished), the support staff was amazing and quickly helped me solve the issue. As it turns out, the settings available through the Wix UI are not as complete and functional as the features in the POWR portal itself.

Powr Popups are easy to build and integrate into your website and systems. They build integrations for many platforms and also have a method to deploy the popups via js embed. The js embed combined with a Zapier zap empowered us to automate our marketing list enrollment and it works quite well. Support is also very friendly and easy to work with. 5 stars!
