Offsite

This is awesome. We actually based our initial idea for our startup out of team retreats. We believe that some employees don't enjoy team retreats as much. And it is due to a lack of culture fit in the hiring process step(when they're still candidates). So ROI of team retreats(and any activity) might be 0% if the employees don't fit with the company culture. It was unsubstantiated because there was no way for us to measure that ROI. Now we can, so thanks! Would be interesting to see how our solution affects ROI in these activities. I'll contact you in a few months to see wether we can collaborate. Where were you 5 years ago when I was trying to plan 2 remote office locations trips to get together once a year in New England. Great service for office managers and founders to integrate their teams into 1 company. Happy to support you today.

I used Offsite to send inquiries but never heard back from any hotel locations. I reached out to a Sales reps, and one of them told me the one I reached out to no longer works there (then why list the person's contact!?). Overall, I find the site not useful at all based on this experience. I was really hoping this would work out.
