Bubbles

The new AI Notetaker is great! It jumps in on the meeting, is polite to everyone on the meeting by allowing them to dismiss the agent or let it keep recording. Once done the recording is updated pretty quick and includes a summary and action items. That all works great... but others have similar options. One thing that stands out for me with this tool is now it is in their bubble platform so you can comment on it with your peers and others to further the discussion! It's super helpful and takes a lot less time than having to get on yet ANOTHER call... :( Thanks for the great too!

As a product designer working at a large org with people in multiple timezones, Bubbles has made my workflow so much more efficient. I share a link to my video walkthrough > the team comments on specific areas of the screen during my video which helps me know the area they're referring to (sounds small but this is HUGE for me since I have tons of screens typically) > everyone can see their comment and can reply with their thoughts > I can send another Bubble response or just reply with a comment or screenshot where I've made updates. I absolutely love the capabilities with the comment feature and ability to create a team so that everyone can be in the loop about anything I update. My teammates regularly ask me "can you make a Bubble for us about this?" It's been a huge hit.

I have been using Bubbles since 2020, and it's amazing to see how far this product has come! As a product designer, no async design review has been complete without all the features Bubbles has had to offer. Working from Korea with clients and team members across Europe and the US, this tool has been tantamount to saving time, boosting productivity, and improving the quality of my work by focusing more on deliverables than time-wasting meetings. To add, when showcasing deliverables to new clients via Bubble's annotated screenshots and recordings - they can't help but marvel at all the time THEY can now save upon adopting this tool into their own workflows. I cannot recommend how powerful of a tool Bubbles is. 100% worth trying out :)

I have been working with Bubbles for a while now and it is one of the most productive apps I have ever used. We rely on it for interacting with our web developer and designers, and most recently it has been a life saver for our new backend dev work to report issues and updates with our UI etc. I try a lot of new products and this one has been one of the few that I have stuck with and has become one of my favorite tools. Nice people with great support too!

Very cool and useful concept, but… I made an account because of the “Secure collaboration, no signup required” promo text. Turns out, people you share a bubble with need to make an account to comment. Even worse, that is only revealed AFTER they have gone through the trouble of recording a video response (i.e. when you click “Send”), not before (e.g. “sign up to send your response”).

Easy to use. Easy to make a comment on a video, and also book mark that comments. I use this for testing, and often record a 10m test but just want someone to see one thing in the video. Bookmarked comments are great for that.

Have been using Bubbles from Day 1. It enabled my entire team to be more productive by enabling better async collaboration internally as well as with external teams. We also use it extensively for design reviews & UAT. Excited for this next phase of Bubbles and the supercool features Tom has enabled for us. Lightspeed ⚡️

This is super helpful for anyone who needs to communicate with internal/external stakeholders asynchronously, especially when working with international teams. It allows everyone on my projects to stay organized and saves us a ton of time, a must have for any pm or similar role.

Bubbles is simply the best. The AI enhancements are welcome features and can't wait for more in this department. However, I will keep using it because it's fundamentally easier, streamlined, and cheaper than all the alternatives. Great work Bubbles team!
