We were early supporters of Cosmos Video and purchased a lifetime deal through AppSumo. We used it daily with our remote team, hosted meetings, and even helped promote the product. Out of nowhere, we received an email stating that our plan will be canceled, and we must now pay for continued access. Their "solution" is a weak 50% coupon that doesn't come close to honoring the original agreement. This is a clear betrayal of trust. We've contacted Karan—who we've had good interactions with before—but now there’s complete silence. The product was good, but the way they’ve handled this is deeply disappointing and unethical. If you're thinking about signing up—be very cautious.

I love Cosmos. Not only is the product phenomenal at what it does, but it's incredibly fun to use as well, and an absolute core part of our product offering here at Academy. I'm not even required to use this in my day-to-day job, but I find myself popping into our Cosmos classroom all the time and it has the real psychological effect of 'being' there.
