I am writing this review to share my unfortunate experience with Madgicx, a platform that I had high hopes for, but that ultimately failed to deliver on its promises. From the outset, I was met with a series of technical issues that severely hindered my ability to use the platform effectively. Despite my best efforts to work with the Madgicx support team to resolve these issues, I was met with a lack of urgency and a seeming inability to provide effective solutions. The first issue I encountered was with the Google Ads account connection, which was eventually resolved, but not without significant time and effort on my part. However, other issues persisted, including problems with catalog availability and Canvas Ads. Despite numerous attempts to rectify these issues, they remained unresolved, causing significant disruption to my business operations. Furthermore, the platform failed to accurately reflect my Facebook Ads account, with many of my ads and campaigns not appearing in Madgicx. The support team's explanation for this was unsatisfactory, suggesting that the platform could only pull assets that had already spent money on Facebook. This is a significant limitation that was not made clear to me when I signed up for the service. The most frustrating part of my experience, however, was the lack of effective customer support. Despite numerous interactions with the support team, I was left feeling unheard and unimportant. My concerns were not addressed in a timely or effective manner, and I was often left waiting for days for a response. In the end, I requested a full refund due to the platform's inability to meet my needs and the significant disruption it caused to my business. However, this request was denied, with the blame being placed on me for the platform's shortcomings. In conclusion, my experience with Madgicx was deeply disappointing. The platform failed to deliver on its promises, and the customer support was inadequate. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this platform to think twice. There are other platforms out there that offer better functionality and superior customer support. Save your time, money, and frustration and look elsewhere.

Signed up for the free trial - it auto hooked up all my Meta ads accounts and unknowingly charged me 10x the monthly subscription cost immediately after the 7 day free trial lapsed. I hadn't used the product and asked customer support to consider a refund request - as I hadn't used a single tool within it and deemed none of the features from initial scope to be value adding enough on Meta. The support team was incredibly rude and denied my refund - they were super unprofessional and abrupt with their comms. Stay away from this platform - they need to be reported for an investigation into distrustful SaaS practices. Do not buy!

I recently noticed that Madgcix charged me without my consent, even though I did not authorize the payment. My invoice number is 49099, and I have reached out to request a refund. This kind of practice is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this company. I hope they take responsibility and process my refund as soon as possible.
