Congrats on the launch, Stigg team! I really enjoyed chatting with Anton recently during out interview on APIs You Won't Hate (the podcast) - pricing for SaaS is a critical ingredient in building a successful company. Stigg's features make it easy to experiment with pricing models, without having to re-engineer your whole product. As a builder-of-things, and a former fintech DevRel -- I'm a big fan! https://apisyouwonthate.com/podc...
Fantastic news, @dor_sasson1 and team! Entitlement packaging is indeed a challenge, and Stigg will definitely help SaaS companies provide more flexible and suitable subscription options to users. In the same way that observability should be part of the user acceptance criteria when we build products, entitlements should be as well, and your API will make this much easier to manage. Congrats!
Great product! it unlocks your ability to adjust your plans & pricing to the business needs, without any dependency on engineering. LOVE IT
We were in search of a subscription management solution for the test pilot/MVP of a Fortune 500 company. Initially, I believed that Stigg could fulfill our needs, so I registered for a trial account. However, every time I attempted to log into the app, I was greeted with the error message "Stigg is at capacity right now." I made several attempts to reach out to their support team via various channels including their contact form, email, LinkedIn, private messages on LinkedIn, and their chat service. Regrettably, I have not received any response to date, despite waiting for over a month. It's unfortunate because Stigg could have been an ideal fit for our requirements, but the lack of support or any means of communication makes it an unviable option.
We've started our cooperation with Stigg a year ago. Because we are a rapidly growing startup we had changes in plans: features, prices amount, and types almost every sprint. Our first integration was with Stripe directly which created a lot of pain: changes in code, and migrations for any simple change. The most important pros of Stigg in my opinion it's creating a clear division: - developers create features and integrate them with a product while - marketing team makes experiments by combining different sets of features to different plans using only Stigg Management UI without any need for devs. And believe me, they have many more useful tools for your business success, so I personally recommend checking out this product. Realtime support and the way how quickly these guys deal with obstacles deserve extra praise.
I recently used Stigg for a hackathon project, and I am thrilled with the experience. The service was incredibly user-friendly, and the API & SDKs made it simple to publish pricing plans and control feature access. Stigg's customer support was also outstanding, and they were always available to assist us. I highly recommend Stigg to anyone looking for a reliable and easy-to-use platform for pricing plan development.
As a SaaS company, we've been struggling with managing our pricing plans and maintaining a seamless buyer experience. Stigg looks like the perfect solution for us - their API & SDKs seem easy to use and we love the idea of snap-in widgets and native billing integration. We're excited to give Stigg a try and see how it can simplify our pricing strategy.
Note: We use Stigg at @DoubleLoop. I'll summarize our experience in that last week we thought about doing some dramatic changes to our pricing and it was not rooted in groans and "man thats going to suck" which we attribute to Stigg. Highly recommend.
I'm a big fan of Stigg. The idea of changing our pricing model used to feel hard and mind-numbing. With Stigg, it makes experimenting with different price models really easy. This has been really critical for us since learning speed is everything.
Using Stigg helped us turn around an updated pricing plan ridiculously quickly and we had a great time working with their team, who have been super responsive to requests and questions
