Until far, the Appcues Team has provided three foundational certification courses through their Product Adoption Academy. The first course, 'User onboarding 101,' goes over the onboarding process in detail. The following course, 'Product Launches 101,' delves into the launch of new features and products in depth, with best practises and real-world examples from well-known companies. I appreciate the efforts of the entire Appcues team in creating such instructive materials. Looking forward to the next course, 'Free-to-Paid Conversion,' which was just released.
The Appcues Team continuously produce content that are easy to study and understand with very specialized pictures and graphs to further define and explain the context. That is not the awesome part, it is totally free, best courses anywhere in the world. For free!! Thank you Appcues
A bit messy for simple usage. The preview/test functions are a bit easier to use in other solutions. Very pricy compared to alternatives, if you do not need advanced tracking etc.
