They paid for the initial test then did it and mailed it in. Then spike with the Dr and he told me that i was supposed to be mailed a 2nd test to do and then go from there like normal TRT testing is done. Never received the test to do so i can get this done the correct way so i can take care of myself correctly and actually get tested and doesed right by the Dr. Then they wont send me the test and want me to start purchasing without actual results and dose usages or a go ahead from the Dr. So....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They think of the money first and the customer 2nd. Yes business is to make money but this is about peoples health and wellness FIRST not make money first then help the person SECOND. YOURE SUPPOSE TO TEST FIRST NOT GUESS FIRST. Get actual help from someone to get the right dosage and then start and do follow ups.
After setting up an account, it wouldn’t let me log into it, after leaving voicemails for days since no one would answer the phone, I finally got an emailed response which got it resolved & I was finally able to log in. Got my test submitted into the system, waited for the results. Got an email saying the results were in but the email didn’t contain the results! Had to leave more voicemails & write more emails to get those sent to me. Set up an appointment with my local clinic. I printed my results to take in, since Hone didn’t have a time stamp on the test results, they couldn’t be accepted! I had to pay for another test at the clinic. So after hours of wasted time & effort just getting a testosterone test done with hone, it was all for nothing! Don’t waste your time or money with hone health, they don’t have a clue as to what they’re doing.
Many of my friends have been talking about getting their testosterone levels checked now that we are in our mid 30's and several of them are getting treatment for low T. I tried making an appointment with my PCP, but didn't want to wait over a month. I saw an ad for Hone Health so gave it a try. I requested an at-home test kit and received it quickly. The packaging and instructions were great and it was super convenient being able to prick my finger and send a blood sample in from home. I received my results a few days later. It was easy to schedule a telehealth consult to meet with a doctor. Overall, really great experience. The patient portal was a little buggy for me, but I've already seen improvements in just a few weeks of being a customer. Pricing is transparent and clear, something that is rare in healthcare.
Horrible customer service. After testing it took months to receive my free consultation. When I finally received my first order after three weeks of waiting it was missing key items. Correct syringes alcohol wipes. It took three days to get a response and it’s looking like well over 11 days to hopefully receive the correct syringes and alcohol wipes that were supposed to be with my kit. The customer service is lackluster in comparison to the amount that they are requiring for a membership. I suggest you look elsewhere.
It took me about 2 months to get started. After USPS losing 2 of my samples I was ready to just give up. Hone asked me to try one more time and sure enough the 3rd time was a charm. It made it too its destination quickly and my results were up within 3 days of it arriving. I had an appointment scheduled for 2 days later. Met with my doctor went over my numbers and had my prescription filled within 48 hours. Hone is currently a little overwhelmed with how many people are signing up and it shows but have patience. Also Saad has been telling us that they have spent most of the year and a lot of money to refine this process and make it much more user friendly and reliable and I am excited to see what the future holds! The community is also an amazing benefit. If you ever need help or have questions just post in the Hone Community page and you'll have a response from the Owner Saad, one of many hone ambassadors, or one of many hone customers in a matter of a couple hours with a helpful response! Thank you guys for what you're doing!
Horrible customer service. You will never get a response from an inquiry. They’ve been charging my card for 2 months past cancellation (I dispute with my bank of course so I don’t even care about that). They lost 2 sets of my labs, 1 being a digital order sent electronically to labcorp. Yet, it was “never in their system”. Take your money elsewhere. This company is so overpriced for something you can easily get anywhere else.
I've been let down, big time by this company. Over two months and 12 finger pricks ( three total tests) and I still cannot order medicine. I have been approved by doc and for a couple weeks I am sitting here with no word from Hone except were waiting on doc to review the final bloodwork and youll be all set. Ok well for two weeks? I will update here is things change but for now it looks like I will be getting a refund and heading someplace else.
Hone began charging me for subscription services after I used another company (Peak) almost a year before. They bought Peak and just started charging me even though my subscription was inactive. I tried for 3 months to reach someone with no response. Emails, calls, messages sent and nothing back. Had to file a dispute with my bank. I also don't believe their test results. I think these companies are a scam.
This is not the company you want to use for TRT. You'll spend a ton on labs and subscription fees before you ever receive a prescription, and when you do finally get into their system, they'll miss shipments, and you'll run out of your meds. Their customer service is basically one guy on a forum named Ken. Find a local provider instead. There are plenty of them.
So far, so good. The kit was one of the cheapest in the market and worth checking out, even if you're just a little curious about your testosterone level. The process has been easy so far -- clear communications, which is appreciated.
