Cardinal has single-handedly improved not only how our product team tracks the success of initiatives, but has also propelled our entire company to become more data-driven to guide decision-making. This is an immense culture shift that I do not believe would have happened in the same way without Cardinal. Integration of KPIs directly into product specifications has ensured that each new feature release is justified by existing metrics and its success is measured by the data changes that follow. My favorite feature dashboard, which has afforded our team the ability to have our metrics from Mixpanel, qualitative feedback from Typeform, and additional product specifications integrated into one clear space. This had become a crucially important component of my workflow as a designer and PM who is routinely needing to generate buy-in from other c-suite members to justify new initiatives. The dashboards aggregate everything into a digestible place that is easily presentable to other members of the team. I could continue to go on about the benefits that Cardinal has provided, but the best way to feel the impact is to experience, for yourself, how Cardinal takes your pre-existing product processes to the next level. All in all, I'm immensely encouraged by what Cardinal has enabled for our team thus far and am even more ecstatic to see how much farther it will soar!

Interesting product idea. Congrats on the launch All the best! I have a few questions 1. How would this work in the context of B2C space where a small(but varying likely based on severity) subset of users reach out to customer support? 2. At my org, we don't really have the customer feedback data in a structured format(we dont use Gong etc) to feed to the model. What are the different integrations this supports?

Cardinal solved a really tough problem for us! Instead of working with multiple tools, wasting tons of time on cutting, pasting and syncing between product, R&D and sales, Cardinal became our one stop shop for managing customer requirements and planning ahead. Paired with amazing support and a team that really gets the problem and the users, Cardinal is a huge win!

Congrats on launching Cardinal (Again)! The way it integrates customer feedback, CRM data, and task management issues to assess customer needs using AI looks really impactful for product strategy! I’m curious - which type of companies or team sizes do you think Cardinal would be most beneficial, considering its advanced AI assessment capabilities?

Cardinal is fantastic! We're able to easily track which clients requested each feature and prioritize what should be built next based on whatever metric we choose.
