We lost countless hours of implementing onboarding and product navigation ourselves. It might be late for us to switch, but for our next projects using Frigade is a no brainer. The only missing piece is that in B2B software, onboarding is mostly completed for the account level, not individual. But, I see this in the upcoming features.
We just started using Frigade and are very happy so far! As a consumer product with a global user base, onboarding is super important to us. Up until now, building new onboarding has been tedious and feels super brittle. Iterating was also tedious because each minor change would require a code change. I'm suuuper glad Frigade came along! Frigade has a very impressive amount of functionality given how new they are. Excited to see how the team continues to innovate in this space!
Very useful tool! been using it for a while for our fintech startup. Is there a way to modify the Frigade NPS component to create a CES (customer effort score) survey, reducing the score range to 1-5 (instead of 1-10)? Also, it would be useful to customize the labels in spanish. Congrats on the launch!
Frigade gave our engineers and designer onboarding superpowers. We needed a new user multi-step registration flow and a guided tour encouraging targeted interactions across multiple routes that were complex with custom designs and worked out of the box. Frigade delivered that and much more. We're taking advantage of the ability to show specific flows to a targeted audience for informative tooltips when notifying existing users of new features and several other use cases. Overall the experience has been great and I would highly recommend Frigade to anyone that's looking to plug onboarding and informative interactions into existing systems.
Frigade has been instrumental for SaaSGrid as we've built and launched our product. We've used Frigade for onboarding flows, new feature announcements, and product education. I recently integrated Frigade into chartpilot.com and it was quite smooth. UX was nice out of the box, but I could also customize what I wanted. Docs were clear, and the founders were helpful in Slack when I had questions. Would recommend to other builders!

Product onboarding is a very complex feature. And building it internally can take some time. It's amazing to find a tool like Frigade that does one thing and does it right. We've been exploring it at Sirdab, and we plan to use it very soon!
