Didn't want it to come to this as knocking companies online is not me, but completely lack of adequate support during a terrible stay over a multi-month period deserves recognition. Try to steer clear of any new homes they open, as they don't actually employ people to look after them nor do they own the homes, so if things go awry you're at the mercy of their lackluster CS team. It took weeks to remedy a situation without any form of an apology, refund, or alternative. I was offered a meager credit in my account, which was less than the yearly membership cost. They rely on their built-in community as their selling point, which is phenomenal as the people who I've met here have been great. To that end, I wish the structure were far stronger to allow for immediate help; a critical facet for any accommodation company. Avg reply time was measured in days, not minutes, and resolutions in weeks not days at Outsite. If someone with actual status in Outsite reads this (doubtful) - I truly want this line of business to succeed, but the operational and leadership structure you have in place is killing your chance at making a meaningful dent in this ecosystem. An on-call phone number, albeit even overseas, would help you tremendously. You are in the lodging and travel industry, remember that.

Outsite is a global network of co-living spaces for remote workers and creatives. They offer a unique combination of workspace, community, and amenities that make it easy to stay productive and connected while travelling. I recently spent two weeks working from Outsite's Hawaiin location, and I had a great experience. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed to get my work done. The community was also amazing. I met people from all over the world, and we quickly bonded over our shared love of travel and remote work. One of the things I appreciated most about Outsite was the sense of community. The Community Manager organised regular events and activities, which allowed us to get to know each other better and explore the island together. Overall, I had a wonderful experience staying at Outsite. If you're looking for a way to stay productive and connected while travelling, I highly recommend checking them out.

Boulder is great but my experience at this location was a NIGHTMARE! It started on Day 1 when I moved in and spotted a mouse in the kitchen. I reached out to the community manager who was very responsive and who told me that there was already mice traps in the house (so this wasn’t new news). I kept spotting mice in the house on Day 2, Day 3 and Day 4 while having lunch in the kitchen area. I saw mice running in the living room and running on the kitchen counter and on the oven (next to people’s food). Once again, I reached out to the community manager who ordered more traps. At that point, every single roommate (we were 8) saw at a least one mouse in their bedroom. A week later, I randomly met the owner of the house who came to visit. I told her that there was an issue with mice and that traps were definitely not enough to fix the issue. She told me that it was normal to have mice in Boulder and that there were mice in every house in the area. I was honestly quite surprised about her comment and did not pursue the conversation as she was definitely not willing to fix this issue (How can we expect guests who pay for a service to be okay with this situation??). Once the community manager delivered the new traps, I caught 2 mice in less than an hour. I realised that the situation was quite bad and I started to check spots around the house. And this is when I realised that it was alarming, nasty and definitely not safe. Later that day, I spotted mouse poop on my bed which made me feel really uncomfortable. For the next week, I could hear mice running in my bedroom day and night. I spotted several mice under my desk and I caught 7 MICE in 5 DAYS that week! The community manager reached out to a pest control service that came by and told us that the house was infested with mice. How safe is that? Seriously?? After TOO MANY sleepless nights, I decided to leave the place earlier and had to find another place to stay. The customer support has been contacted several times and it has been quite challenging to deal with them. They agreed to refund me the unused nights of my stay but refused to partially refund me. This experience with Outsite has been one of the worst I had to deal with. This is so disappointing and so frustrating. It seems that Outsite is happy to take my money but does not have a clue of what a decent customer service is. A joke for a company that pretends to deliver premium services. I would highly avoid this location for the next couple of months until the situation is fully resolved. On a side note, there was a dog at that location. Nothing against dogs but customers should be told before their arrival that there will be a dog in the house. And rules should apply to the dog & dog owners (don’t leave the dog unattended in the house when owners are not here – having a dog growling at you on your first day isn’t very welcoming). @Outsite customer support, I am available at anytime for a chat if you find a better solution than the one offered in the past. Still waiting for a partial refund. A frustrated customer.

I'm currently trying to apply a membership and it's come invasive and complicated than getting a job. The payment system is faulty, they require all social media, ID, professional history and references. This, with the excuse to ensure a good community. I ask, can't you be a normal, good digital nomad who doesn't have LinkedIn or doesn't want to bother bosses/colleagues with personal references to book a stay in a coliving? My girlfriend is just an nice translator without Linkedin and activity on social media and she was denied...

Have been staying with Outsite since 2021 and have explored so many great cities: Boulder, Austin, Lisbon, Santa Cruz, Lake Tahoe, and San Francisco. Homes have always been setup in a way to encourage co-working and productivity. The sense of community when checking out a new city is top notch as well. Highly recommend and will be looking forward to future stays!

I've been booking trips through Outsite since 2017 and have had wonderful experiences. I love that they now have an app—it's a great online concierge to accompany you on your trip. You can manage your reservation and interact with the house manager before you arrive, which is so helpful.

I've stayed at 3 Outsites, overall lack of management & no community feeling. My stay at Outsite in Austin was prob the worst. I sent them a long email with all my concerns - but let's just say there was safety concerns & zero community management.

I used Outsite two times and must say I really enjoyed it! It was a perfect combination of accommodation, workspace and a place to encounter very interesting people. Staff was nice and helpful, and both properties were clean and spacious!

Everytime I walk into an Outiste, it feels like home and I get this feeling regardless of where I'm actually travelling! Outsite has perfectly tackled the challenges of the remote worker market with strong operational standards and great brand positioning.
