I spent years looking for a tool that offered a great turn-key client portal experience and I was thrilled when I found co-pilot (now Assembly). It is customizable while also offering pre-made fit for purpose solutions. I use co-pilot to centralize service offerings to client that currently exist in multiple locations - booking through calendly, models in google sheets, the Finlotus App (web app), and courses on Thinkific. I also use multiple co-pilot built tools like forms for intake and feedback, chat, contracts, files, workflows, and tasks. I also find it exciting that Assembly is in a phase of development where they continue to roll out enhancements and updates that I get to use to further enhance my client experience. On top of all this, the customer service team is fantastic. They are quick to reply, offer solutions, and pass on requests for features to their development team. Big fan over here!
