In fact I need to stress on the importance of the prelaunch readiness here by @udayparmar. He reached out to me a few weeks earlier to extend the support for his launch and I was pretty excited to see the launch from then on. And today it is all live and all their team efforts are paying off. Hats off!

Wow, this is outstanding. Customer Service has always been a function that we were struggling to automate with every tool in particular, but we never had a system to orchestrate Customer Service at this level. It looks very promising for both our own in-house e-commerce, but also for e-commerce clients we have in the agency. Will definitely try it out in the upcoming days. Thank you for this launch!
