Ultimately, HubSpot’s balance of functionality and affordability made it the best fit for our needs, and its seamless integration with our systems streamlined our workflow effectively.
I'm not even sure what we'd do without Hubspot. All our email, customer support, customer records are here. It's so useful. One of the ways we use Hubspot is with a SmythOS agent that integrates with our TLDV note-taker. Once the transcript is ready, TLDV sends it to the agent, which then processes it and updates the Hubspot records. Because sales people suck at keeping records.

I've used HubSpot quite a bit, and I have to say, it's a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, it's great having everything in one place - marketing, sales, customer service, the works. It's pretty user-friendly too, and the automation features are really handy. Plus, their customer support is top-notch. But it's not all roses. The price tag can be a bit steep, especially if you don't need all the bells and whistles. And if you're looking to really customize things, you might find it a bit limiting. Setting it up can be a headache too, especially for more complex needs.
Favourite CRM system, I have implemented it all of 8 times. Using it for CRM, Revenue Architecture, Marketing Content Automations and Customer Success, and recently enamoured with the new AI ChatGPT connector allowing for analysing prompts, all projects I would have had to do manually before. Really awesome new feature. I have worked with Salesforce before and Pipedrive. The first not intuitive enough, the latter good for sales, but not for marketing.
We run our entire GTM workflow on HubSpot. The automation capabilities and templates are huge time-savers. While some parts of the UX feel a bit clunky, the analytics are solid and it integrates with everything. It’s the operational backbone for our team.

Have started using HubSpot again, I forgot how useful the platform was for managing and tracking deals when doing outreach. I also recently started reworking our Email Sequencing for automated contact with inbound leads, and the process has been pretty straightforward, and I recommend it to others.
HubSpot has been a great CRM for us at Morningmate and we have found it essential for managing our deals and managing email sequencing, however it can be slightly challenging to navigate due to the complexity of the platform, overall however its a good platform and offers a good range of features.
