We've used HelpScout for multiple sites since 2018 and love it. It makes it easy to provide support to users and track the most frequent questions and searches in our help docs. But, the Beacon feature is our favourite, as it allows us to display a message or article to users instantly.

Help Scout has been a CRM backbone for two consecutive startups I've been involved with. They support their own product maniacally well and iterate constantly on new features. Very happy to keep using HS on future companies, too. :)

Help Scout was a great tool for our team until we switched to chat support. However, I was disappointed to learn that we lost access to all of our email threads and contacts once our subscription expired. I expected that we would still be able to access our existing data, even if we couldn't send or receive new emails.
